Bright and fruity on the tongue but with subtle notes of dark chocolate to finish. Rich volcanic soil and sloping hills provide a unique micro climate for our Colombian beans which are then carefully handpicked and dried for maximum flavour. These beans are certified Fairtrade.
A complex, medium roast coffee with natural sweetness and body. Bright acidity and rich flavour at the front of the cup gives way to a persistent sweet and syrupy finish. These arabica beans are grown at a high elevation on the family owned Monte Sion Estate and are Rainforest Alliance certified. The estate has been officially recognised by the United Nations for its work in combating poverty in El Salvador.
A well rounded medium roast coffee with rich fig and blackcurrant flavours enveloped by warm, exotic spices. The arabica beans used in our Ethiopian blend are certified Fairtrade and organic. The coffee plants are grown amongst other crops and at various altitudes on small holdings. They’re selectively picked and sun dried.
